Pricing questions
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Survely is priced per organisation with unlimited users on every plan. Compare invitation allowances and included capabilities to choose a plan.
- What counts toward my survey send limit?
- Each initial survey invitation accepted by your email provider counts as one send. Reminders do not count again, and recipients can submit or update responses without using additional sends.
- Can I change plans later?
- Contact us to arrange a plan change. We will confirm the effective date, allowance and billing terms before it takes effect.
- Is my data isolated from other customers?
- Customer survey data uses isolated tenant storage alongside application permissions. Deployment can use separate databases or separate schemas; confirm the arrangement for your rollout.
- Do you offer annual invoicing?
- Annual prices are monthly equivalents billed for a full year: US$468 for Starter or US$1,908 for Pro. Contact us to confirm invoicing and any Enterprise terms.
- What happens when I reach my survey send limit?
- Nothing is lost; recipients can keep responding and reminders for existing invitations continue. New survey invitations pause until the next month starts or you upgrade.
- Can I use my own domain and email address?
- Every plan includes Organisation name, address, and logo. Enterprise adds Brand colors, Custom email delivery, and Custom authentication and SSO. Enterprise custom survey domains use assisted setup. Custom email delivery currently supports Microsoft Graph.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes; a 14-day free Pro trial with no credit card required. Contact us to arrange an Enterprise evaluation.
